2. Properties and guests.

When a property uses SeasonBook, the property decides what information about its members and guests is collected and why. For that information, we act on the property's behalf as its service provider or processor, and the property is responsible for it. Questions about a particular property's use of your information should go first to that property.

3. What we collect.

• Introduction requests: name, email, property name, kind of property, region, approximate hunt days, kinds of hunts, how you heard of us, and any note you add.
• Account information: name, email and the roles you hold at a property.
• Hunt information entered by a property or guest: dates, party details, dietary notes, waivers, firearm or shot details, photographs, and photo preferences.
• Payment information: where a property takes deposits or balances through SeasonBook, they are processed by Stripe on the property's own account. We do not store full card numbers. [CONFIRM AT LAUNCH: payments are not yet live]
• Technical information: basic logs needed to secure and operate the service.

4. How we use it.

To respond to introduction requests, provide and secure the service, send messages that a property or you have asked us to send, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use guest information for our own marketing.

5. Sharing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run SeasonBook (for example hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing), under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. [CONFIRM SUBPROCESSOR LIST LINK]

6. Cookies.

7. Retention.

We keep information for as long as the property's account is active or as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. Unanswered introduction requests are deleted after [CONFIRM PERIOD].

8. Your choices and rights.

We use access controls, per-property data separation and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.
