These terms are an agreement between you and [CONFIRM LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [CONFIRM ENTITY TYPE AND JURISDICTION] ("SeasonBook"). Properties may also have a separate written agreement with us, and if they do, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.
1. The service.
SeasonBook provides software for properties to manage their hunting programs. Access is by invitation.
2. Accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. A property decides who may access its records and in which role.
3. Properties' responsibilities.
Each property is responsible for its hunts, its grounds, its guests' safety, its waivers and its compliance with hunting, firearms, licensing, wildlife and other applicable laws. SeasonBook does not organize, operate, supervise or insure any hunt.
4. Guests.
Guests use SeasonBook at the invitation of a property. Your arrangements for any hunt are with that property.
5. Payments.
Where a property takes payments through SeasonBook, they are processed by Stripe through the property's own account, under Stripe's terms. [CONFIRM AT LAUNCH: payments are not yet live] The property is the merchant. SeasonBook does not charge a booking commission. Refunds and disputes are between the guest and the property. 6. Your content.
The property keeps ownership of its records, and you keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Acceptable use.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
